Conference Notice

Welcome to follow and participate in the Global Sustainable Transport Forum (2026). The instructions for participation are as follows:

1. Time and Location

Date: September 22 -23, 2026

Location: Convention Center, Beijing International Hotel

（Address: No.9 Jianguomennei Avenue, Beijing）

2. Registration for Attendees

Online registration is required for this forum, and you can register through https://www.gstikc.org.cn/lt_eng/ . The online registration system for this forum will be open from August 1^st to September 5^th, 2026, and there will be no additional registration channels available on-site.

3. On site registration

The conference credentials are scheduled to be distributed through the liaison officer one week before the conference (September 15^th to September 21^st).

4. Attendance voucher

The attendance certificate is the only credential for you to access the venue of this forum. Please make sure to keep it safe and wear it throughout the entire process.

5. Warm reminder

A. In order to ensure the smooth running of forum activities, all attendees are requested to wear business attire and conference credentials throughout the session.

B. Meeting credentials are for personal use only and cannot be lent to others.
